The intent is to prevent the concentration of power and provide for checks and balances.
Forty state constitutions specify that government be divided into three branches: legislative, executive and judicial. The powers of state government are legislative, executive, and judicial. Persons charged with the exercise of one power may not exercise either of the others except as permitted by this Constitution.

OK, so let's see who's running this State.

The Judicial Branch, All Lawyers. And when I'm hearing speeches by Obama when he's saying that he wants to have an army of a million people, a civilian national security army -- this is scary. We have already an army. I have now some 10,000 e-mails with a lot of opinions in regards to different law suits, but let me explain myself by bringing an example. In the Soviet Union any and all law suits filed against the Communist party operatives and governmental officials always ended up in favor of the Communist party and the government. This wasn't because the lawyers for the people were incompetent and dumb, it happened because the system was corrupt to it's core and it reached a point when any law suit filed was an exercise in futility and the only thing that could bring any real change and sanity was an uprising, a revolution against the system, and that is why Leh Valensa and Solidarity got an overwhelming support of the people, that is why Wazlav Havel succeeded in Chech republic, that's why the Berlin wall fell. People despised the corrupt system that gave people no freedom of speech, no free press and no justice in the judiciary system.

Unfortunately, when I saw what is happenning in this country in the last year, I can see an eerie resemblence of what I saw in the Soviet union. We see a totally corrupt press that is manipulated by a few in power and we see a corrupt system of government. The facts of the case are unbelievably simple. According to Law of Nations, statements by the first chief Justice John Jay and framer of the 14th ammendment John Bingham "natural born citizen is one that was born in this countryy with parents that are citizens of this country". It cannot be more simple then that. Regardless of where Obama was born, he is not eligible. If he was born in Kenya, he is not only not eligible for presidency, but also not a citizen and needs to apply for his green card. The fact that nobody in the government is willing to do a thing about it and nobody in the judiciary is willing to hear the case on the merits, tells me that the whole system is totally corrupt and that is why I feel we need to go on the offensive. Filling law suits will not be enough. All the law suits will end up in the Supreme Court and if 6 out of 9 Supremes couldn't care less about the Constitution of this country, then we are wasting our time.

It is important to show each and every American, how corrupt our system is. We have to hold all of the judges and all of the elective officials accountable. We are showing the citizens of this country, how arrogant the government elite is, when after thousands of letters and petitions they do nothing. We show how aloof the judiciary is, when they are not willing to hear the cases on the merits.

Now let's take Trilateral commission and Bielderberg group. Why are those so universally despised by the people? Because these are closed, secretive societies. Naturally people are apprehensive of any cabals, any closed societies, they are fearful of their governments being taken by small groups of special interests that might be opposite to the interest of the populace. When people see that the top echelons of power in both Republican and Democratic party are being taken by reported members of such groups, when they see, how year after year their jobs are being shipped to the third world countries with labor costing pennies on the dollar, when they see Treasuries looted and as a final insult somebody totally ineligible pushed up in the White House, people are ready for revolt and rightfully so.

Our government and our judiciary need to understand, that they crossed all boundaries and they need to wake up. Let's take an example from medicine: when a parasite or a cancer enters a body of a host, it flourishes initially, but as it spreads, it gradually kills the host and ends up dying with the host.

If the groups like Trilateral commission and Bielderberg group don't want to be despised by the people, they need to open their doors to the media, and not only to their puppet media, but to free Internet reporters like me. They need to open their membership to the people, they need to show that they act in the interest of the people and not against the people.

The Judiciary needs to hear the cases on the merits and render judgements based on the Constitution and not the Judgements that de facto tear apart the Constituion.

The members of the Congress and the Senate need to announce to the people that they will demand the hearing on January the 8th, if Judiciary does not hear the case on the merits until then.

This used to be a great country, it has a lot of great people, and people in power need to rise to the occasion and show that they represent the interests of the people, or people will be justified in impeaching and recalling and finally replacing people in power.

Orly

Dr. Orly Taitz, the principal attorney behind the Keyes lawsuit, was born in the Former Soviet Union. Dr. Taitz escaped from the FSU over 20 years ago to begin a life of freedom in the United States. Dr. Taitz has a successful dentistry practice in Orange County, California, and is a licensed attorney and real estate agent. Dr. Taitz speaks five languages. Dr. Taitz' experiences under the totalitarian Communist regime convinced her that this is a path that she would rather not see the United States take. Therefore, Orly is committed to doing everything in her power to prevent such a disastrous mistake, and to defend the rights and freedoms that exist for all citizens in the United States under the Constitution. Dr. Taitz has filed a second lawsuit associated with the Obama Eligibility Crisis that is currently before the Supreme Court and is working on a third lawsuit featuring active duty and retired military as plaintiffs. With Dr. Taitz' help, Orly's Keyes lawsuit has been successfully cloned in Florida and in Washington State, where other complaints are active. I would guess that they are looking for a few good conservative men. In the spirit of "diversity", isn't it time for a card carrying Republican to fill the next CASA or GAL slot? You know how much the TC court likes "diversity" and surely they recognize that in order to actually be "diverse" they might actually need somebody in the program with short hair that is actually of a different gender. Just wishful thinking perhaps. Constitution smashing, socialist, activist Judges who routinely get overturned by the higher courts get re-appointed without a single challenger. Wickham, Casey, Pomeroy, and Mcphee had nobody run against them even though it was an open election. There were no challengers from the local Bar association.

3. The only conservative, rational judge in this county (Judge Tabor) was challenged by Ed Holm. Ed promised to be more "progressive" than Mr. Tabor. Mr. Holm even pointed out that he is a Democrat in a non-partisan election for a non-partisan position that is supposed to rule by law and he promised to legislate more Thurston liberalism from the bench. Fortunately, most people saw through the clown show. Ed was a former partner in Connolly, Tacon, Meserve-Szurszewski. So is Judge Mcphee.

4. Candidate Jamie Moore was being promoted by the two biggest anti-father/feminist law firms in the county; Connolly, Tacon, Meserve-Szurszewski, Mcphee, Holm and the "Women's" Law firm of Anne Redford-Hall. She was clearly the Lesbian mafia's first choice.

5. The election is a ruse and these judges are appointed by the political or governmental powers that be or by the Bar association or both. We, the people have no say about their courts.

6. Thurston County is obsessed with the DV scam and gravy train. The Prosecuting attorney's office loves the Joe Biden VAWA dollars and are hoping to expand the racket to include it's own little court called the Magic DV court. Ed Holm and Jodi Erickson-Mildrew are hoping to expand DV from a cottage industry into a much greater Thurston, Inc. revenue stream.

7. Women Judges are a shoe in here in Thurston County. Hirsch-Powers, Murphy-Williams.

8. There is still nothing more determinate in Hazzard county than being from here and being considered a Thurston Insider. Sam Meyer may make a fine judge. But, there is no way he is more qualified or possesses greater judicial qualities than Bill Gilbert.

From this you can draw your own conclusions about our beloved Hazzard County aka Thurston County, WA.

Some Sanity in the Crowded District Judicial Race

From a fellow liberty minded republican . . .

Regarding Greg Rosen and Bill Gilbert

1. Bill Gilbert knows the County's District and Superior courts well as his experience as a deputy prosecutor here and a defense lawyer give him the required knowledge and working of the District Court. He knows what works well and what doesn't. He wants to make a difference and that's why he's stepping up.

2. Bill Gilbert is endorsed by many crucial people at the Attorney General's office, i.e. those on the 7th floor where McKenna's office is located. These are the people whom McKenna hired. However, there are three strikes against Rosen I'd like you to know:

    a. Greg Rosen was hired by Gregoire.

b. He is supported by maybe a couple other career attorneys at the AG office, who are not known to have Republican type of commitment to the Constitution.

    c. Greg Rosen is also one of the four endorsed by the Democratic Party. I would not trust his judicial philosophy.
Judicial Race should not be a Popularity Contest (A letter to the editor from a fellow republican)

The County’s District Court Judicial race seems to have degenerated into a popularity contest like electing other politicians. A massive endorsement list does not reflect the quality of a judicial candidate and should NOT be the criteria for voters’ decision. In fact, attorney is a profession which ally themselves more together than any other professions. When was the last time you hear a lawyer testifying against another for legal malpractice? Endorsements from other big legal names actually make me more suspicious of ‘collusion’ within the legal community.

Instead, I urge voters to cast your vote based on the candidate’s ability to make sound judicial judgments (jurisprudence), which is directly related to a candidate’s length of time as an attorney and variety of experience in various areas in the legal field.

A few big names in this race have relatively short experience as attorneys. Sam Meyer, who was endorsed by The Olympian and other big names in the field, has been an attorney for only 13 years. Likewise, Jodi Erickson-Muldrew has 13 years & Laura Murphy has only 8 years.

Bill Gilbert has over 20 years’ legal experience with variety as deputy prosecutors in two counties, pro tem judge in various capacities, and a business owner in private practice. His variety of experience at various levels and capacities in Thurston County courts lend him the most relevant insight into what voters deserve at the District Court.
http://www.billgilbertforjudge.com/

Bill gets my vote.

District Court Judge candidate questionnaire in the Daily Oh

District Court Judge candidate questionnaire in the Daily Oh

"The court could also add to its rehabilitative courts by adding a Domestic Violence Court. This would address one of the most costly and time-intensive problems our community currently faces." - Jodi Erikson-Mildrew

Good Lord, how about you county judges just stop handing out POs and ROs like they are candy? Mama Bear just got overturned by the Appeals Court and has now set new case law against this ridiculous DV money machine. See Pomeroy, Connolly, Tacon and Meserve-Szurszewski Overturned - NOW Published. Judge Pomeroy was just whining about the budget cuts at Thurston, Inc. in the Daily Oh last week while clocking more time and expenses going to the DSHS Child Support Work Group despite walking the fine line of the separation of powers and legal definition of treason. DV and Child support are the major funding for these courts and the need for such outrageous amounts of funding is driven by these judges clogging the courts up to facilitate outrageous fee generation by their TC Bar Union cronies. You and I pay the overhead and the Lieyers make a killing off of DV (pardon the Pun). The county, specifically her boss (Ed Holm) and department bring in millions from grants that never go to help victims, just pad the budget and pay for more Bar union buddies. It is not about "victims" and helping people. It's about Thurston, Inc. just so we're clear.

Jodi is an easy no vote along with Jamie Moore in my book. Our apologies for the mix up, we have reason to believe that is not the case. Jamie's middle initial "M" is evidently not Marge and we have edited the "No Vote" post. No ill will was meant by it. You have to understand that it gets really confusing trying to keep up with all the aliases and double names that all the Thurston Bar members utilize. So, TCFFJ retracts the connection to the Fathers' Rights stalking Marge Moore. Marge, if you are out there, please feel free to email us and let us know exactly what you do at or for the county. We intend to post your voice messages to the Fathers' Rights Activists once we figure out who you are. A county receptionist said we know her by another name other than "Marge." You did not leave a call back number and you used a blocked number when you called them to harass and intimidate them. Any information on the perpetrator Marge Moore would be greatly appreciated here at TCFFJ.

An Easy No Vote for Jamie Moore

Here's an easy no vote in the crowded District Judge Race with 12 contestants.

Jamie Moore is seen here with the Senior Partners of Law Firm Connolly, Tacon and Meserve-Szurszewski.

Ms. Moore is endorsed by admittedly gender biased Paula Casey, Women's Law Firm Redford Law, Misandrist Anne Hirsch's husband Tom McDonald, Chris Meserve's Husband and Law Firm Partner Chuck Szurszewski and many others on the who's who of Thurston misandry and DV Industry insiders. These endorsements would explain why she didn't challenge Paula, Christine or Anne's Superior Court Seats.

She currently is a member of Paula's court rules committee and one of the Thurston Axe grinding GALs. She is the NextGen Paul Casey, Christine Pomeroy. She was poured right out of the same mold with a husband by a different name to boot. She has the politically correct victim anti-white guy speak as well . . . "I am passionate about fairness, and about protecting the rights of people who are not able to protect themselves." In other words, she is a feminist and a DV Industry Insider and I see male perps everywhere. We do not need another sitting on a Thurston bench. This seat is obviously her intended launching point. She has Paula Casey family court written all over her. No thanks. She won't get my vote.

Ms. Moore (or Ms. Harris or whatever Hidden Thurston name she goes by today) is an easy weedout in the crowded 12 man race. We do not need another Misandrist on the bench, any bench. Our kids deserve better.

12 Attorneys running for 1 Judge Seat

Just how appalling and pathetic is the Thurston County Bar Association?
Does "afraid to rock the boat" or "gutless" come to mind? I'll give you four scenarios and you decide . . .

1. 12 Attorneys running for one open District Court Judge Seat

2. 3 Attorneys running for one open Superior Court Seat.

3. Ed Holm challenging the Honorable Gary R. Tabor.

4. No opposition for Casey, Pomeroy, Mcphee, Wickham and Hirsch.

Have you looked at #4's collective record and how often they get overturned? The collective gender bias and slant towards DSHS and certain favored local law firms is astounding with that group. 16 new candidates, now you do the math from a voter's and citizen's perspective. How in the world are we supposed to have any respect and confidence in Judicial Elections? The Thurston Mafia doesn't even make an attempt to make it look like a fair race. Obviously rigged and obviously some gutless attorneys out here. One could imagine the conversation . . . "But, If I run and I lose (wah), Paula may not like me anymore." "I may have to actually cite some case law and actually work for a ruling." "It would be awful (more Wah) I might have to even appeal a decision, what would that be like?"

I think it's time for "we the people" to take our courts back. We are left with judges who routinely get overturned , spit on the constitution and have several law suits pending against them and the county. Only one incumbent gets a challenger.

Congratulations you gutless attorneys known as the TC Bar Association. Here are your judicial officers hand picked for 2008 by the Bar and the friends of the Kiwanis club. . .

Superior Court Position 1 : Chris Wickham
Co-Founder of DV Industry training to replace the law. It is all public records for WE, the people who are the stakeholders of this democracy. What that means to you and I (The People) is that we have free and unfettered access to those records and those in public offices have a lawful obligation to provide them to us in a timely manner. The PDC is top notch in their responses to public records requests. They also have a lot of information on their web site, as well. I do suggest you call or stop in to any state or county agency if you have questions about a candidate holding or running for an elected position. That is your right as a citizen of this state and country.

Regarding Judge Pomeroy . . .
I make no qualitative judgments on her holdings (or past profits from) Halliburtin, Big Oil, Walmart, China and logging enterprises. They are simply facts of record that led or contributed to her millionaire status and multiple vacation home lifestyle from Belfair to Winthrop. People should know their candidates and really know what their candidates stand for. The dissemination of public records is intended as a public service and has no other purpose other than to inform and better prepare we, the people for the upcoming election this fall.

You make your own conclusions on the Pomeroy-Bednarik family holdings.

ALL EIGHT JUDGE SEATS UP FOR ELECTION

CALLING ALL ATTORNEYS . . .

WE NEED A VIGOROUSLY CONTESTED RACE FOR ALL EIGHT SEATS.

Download the 2008 Candidate County Filing Information file here

Thurston County
2008 Candidate Filing Information
2000 Lakeridge Drive SW, Olympia, Washington 98502
(360)786-5408 http://www.co.thurston.wa.us/auditor
Filing Week: June 2 - With a high percentage of the population falling victim to the divorce courts, a long time concern is becoming more and more noticeable and needs your call to its attention. That concern and problem is Parent Alienation. It affects people of all races, creeds and genders. I hope you will be progressive and children oriented enough to sign on as these other Governors recently have. http://www.parental-alienation-awareness.com/

Children deserve both parents and all citizens deserve a better court outcome than the current family law court system produces.

Respectfully,
Thurston County Families for Justice
http://tcffj.blogspot.com/

PS - Candidate Dino Rossi will also be sent this invitation to get involved and help. Lack of impartiality and fairness
2. An inability to support family rights, individual constitutional rights and failure to uphold the law of legislative intent and prevailing legal authority.
3. A well orchestrated system (including GALs, Psychologists, Visitation Supervisors, CPS, DSHS etc) which controls the courtroom process.
4. Judges who do not reprimand case workers who supply false information and litigants who use false allegations and perjury.
5. Judges (and a commissioner) who do not listen to both sides and consider the facts of record.
6. Judges who accuse defendants with false information rather than asking questions.
7. Judges who are more concerned with gaining Child Protective Services approval and pleasing favored law firms than The People's rights.
8. An extreme bias against Men and Fathers in custody and dissolution cases.
9. Favored Law firms and CPS dictating rulings to the bench.
10. Cronyism, nepotism and favoritism.
11. Judges and a commissioner who fail to consider the facts in favor of DSHS funding and special interest groups.
12. Judges that are actively engaged in legislative and community activism creating glaring ideological and conflict of interest concerns to the public thus reducing any confidence we have in a fair and just court environment and outcome.

For these reasons, any judge running for re-election or attorney running for election that wants support from this organization needs to reply on how they are going to change the current system to encourage due process of law. We would also like a brief statement as to whether the Judicial Canons are a part of your values and how. We would like each judge and candidate to explain their position on proposed shared parenting legislation to include its ultimate impact on DSHS funding and this court’s rulings. We would like to know your position on supporting or not supporting the Domestic Violence industry and it's impact on fairness in the court. Do you feel DV is a crime and does it belong in front of a Family Court Commissioner without due process of the law as promised under the constitution? We would also like to know where you stand on perjury and false allegations in your court room and what you intend to do about litigants and attorneys who openly lie. Lastly, what are your reasons for running and what are your goals for the term of office?

Your reply will be posted on our Blog and will be influential in our campaigning efforts in support or against each candidate.

There are at least two judges currently targeted for removal by TCFFJ and other organizations because of the above concerns. Your reply will be greatly appreciated and useful to many voters.

Respectfully,
Thurston County Families for Justice
